This plan does not include a nutrition plan and is ideal for those simply wanting to enhance their training needs.  

This plan is ideal for anyone wanting a specific training need met and does not need any help and support with their diet.

How do I get Started?
Payment

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Paypal to contact@melsidki.com *Please note that all payments should be made in U.S Dollars. 
If you would like to pay via bank transfer please email Yas@melsidki.com.

Once the payment has been made you will receive an introductory email which will include a downloadable Welcome pack and a client questionnaire that you will need to fill out and send back.

Please note that only once the questionnaire has been filled out I can start working on your programs.

How does it work?
Once you have filled out your questionnaire please allow 3-5 Working days for your program to be sent back to you. 

The welcome pack will provide you with all the information you need in order to get started. The pack will also include my work phone number where you can contact me directly.  


Terms and conditions 

  • Package payments must be transferred in full. 

  • It is the responsibility of the payee to accept all incurred bank and/or PayPal charges. Programs will only be sent once the total amount has been transferred and received. 

  • It is the responsibility of the payee to include their full name in all bank transfers. Failure to do so may result in you not receiving a program.

  • All payments are non-refundable or transferable.

  • Your package will start the date it is sent via email. 

  • It is your responsibility to fill out the questionnaire assessment within 7 days of receiving it. 

  • It is your responsibility to notify the team if you would like to freeze your package prior to your package start date. If not stated prior to the start date your package will continue on as normal. The Maximum freeze period will be for seven days, one time. 

  •  Your check dates will be sent to you via email when you receive your plan. It is your responsibility to check in with Mel each week on the date stated. If you do not receive this email it is your responsibility to notify the team. Priority will go to clients who check in on time and late check in’s will result in delays. 

  • Please note If you decide to go for a home based training program you need to ensure that you have the equipment needed to reach your goal, if you don't then you would need to invest in some gym equipment. 

  • Mel Sidki is not responsible for any injury caused during your own training sessions. This includes injuries as result of insufficient warm-up, incorrect performance of training, stretches and over-stretching.

  • Please note that by making the payment you have are agreed and understood the terms and conditions above.
