A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My passion for health and fitness has grown immensely over the past 8 years.

I had always been very active throughout my childhood participating in many sports such as gymnastics, netball and football alongside being part of the schools athletic team. It was in 2009 at the age of 14 I found my passion for pole fitness and aerial arts and in 2012 I started my career as a part time pole and aerial Fitness instructor specialising in pole, aerial hoop and aerial silks, balancing this amongst studying and having another part time job.

In April 2013 I was introduced to other forms of training including olympic lifting, gymnastic strength training, crossfit and bodybuilding, I noticed my body getting stronger and more responsive, still studying for my A-Levels I had no clear vision as to where I was heading. 

With little help and guidance I decided to competed in the Miami Pro world championships as a junior bikini competitor. It was only shortly after I realised I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry.

After my competition in 2015 in the same year I obtained my Level 2 and 3 diploma in Personal Training, Studied and qualified as a coach in nutrition with Body Type Nutrition and in 2016 competed in the doubles category of Miss Pole Dance UK placing 2nd and winning 'best tricks'.

I then gave up everything and moved to the Middle East in October 2016, I didn't have a job to go into when I landed, I didn't know anyone but I knew that I wanted to excel in my career.

 

 I am now based in Dubai Coaching. I am based out of Train Strength and Fitness gym in Al Quoz having recently become an athlete for the gym, I also teach classes at Pole Fit Dubai. Since relocating I have also been sponsored by PUMA and partnered with AllInDxb where we organised the Middle Easts first and only ever pole dancing competition in December 2017, The Dubai Pole Cup, with the event being a great success in 2018 DOVE Sponsored the event. 

In 2018 I also launched two Flexibility Ebooks which are completely FREE of charge and I am currently in the process of writing a few more. 

I love what I do and the diversity of my training, I love helping others to achieve their goals and try my best to inspire and motivate everyone to be the best version of themselves they can be. I want to empower people to live a stronger, healthier and happier life.

I have invested a lot of time and money to train and learn from athletes and coaches nationally and worldwide, attending seminars, workshops and camps. I am always wanting to learn more and further my knowledge. I am excited about the future and what the years ahead will bring.
